What It Does
A booking agent for a tattoo and piercing studio. It takes the enquiry, puts the appointment on the studio calendar, and files the caller into the CRM. One call, three systems updated, nobody at a desk.
The Problem
A studio earns during the hours its artists are working, which are exactly the hours nobody can pick up the phone. Enquiries get answered late over DMs, if at all, and the calendar keeps its gaps.

What We Built
A voice agent that runs the enquiry to completion. It works out what the caller wants and when they can come in, writes the appointment onto the studio calendar, and creates the contact record in the CRM. The recorded call runs under two minutes from ring to booked.
